Linked to Nifty / Capital Protected, Secured, Non-listed. Return of MLD is based on Nifty performance at the end of 18 months. Returns Scenario: Ø If Nifty return after 18 months is less than 10% or negative, then product return is 10% (6.44% CAGR). So, min. 10% return (6.44% CAGR) is assured under all market situations. Ø If Nifty gives any return in the range 10% - 25% after 18 months, then product return is 10% plus 1.5 times of Nifty return above 10%. [e.g. suppose Nifty return is 20%, then product return is 10% (+) 1.5 x (20% - 10%) = 25%]. Ø If Nifty gives a return more than 25% after 18 months, then the product return is fixed at 32.5% (20.25% annualised). This is the maximum return.
