The general contact form, calculators, and other public forms on this website are not intended for KYC documents (such as PAN or Aadhaar), bank account details, passwords, OTPs, or other sensitive financial information – see the warning below. Where onboarding or servicing genuinely requires such information, we may collect it through an authorised channel, such as a specific secure link we provide to you, or a direct email or WhatsApp conversation you initiate with us for that purpose. Your investment/folio data itself is collected and processed via the concerned Asset Management Company, Registrar and Transfer Agent, or other SEBI-registered intermediary, under their own privacy and data-security frameworks.

Please do not submit PAN, Aadhaar, bank account details, passwords, OTPs, folio numbers, or other sensitive financial/KYC information through the general contact, calculator, or lead-capture forms on this website, unless specifically requested through an authorised and secure process. This protects you, and is in line with the investor-data confidentiality expected of an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

We may also disclose information where required or permitted under applicable law, regulation, or an order of a competent authority, or where otherwise appropriately authorised.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining appropriate records, resolving disputes, complying with applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements, and protecting our legitimate interests. Meta Investment follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

WhatsApp is an independent third-party platform – it is not operated or controlled by Meta Investment. Once you move into that conversation, WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern how your messages and data are handled, and we have no control over that subsequent processing. Because of this, please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive financial or KYC information (such as PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, OTPs, or passwords) over WhatsApp unless we have specifically asked for it, for a purpose that requires it, through an appropriately secured process.

Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Under India's DPDP Act, a "child" is anyone under the age of 18. Meta Investment does not knowingly collect personal data directly from children, does not track or profile children's online activity, and does not use children's data for behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising. Some of our content and calculators discuss investment products meant for minors – such as NPS Vatsalya, Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana, or minor mutual fund folios – but any inquiry, form submission, or account-related contact regarding such a product is expected to be made by the minor's parent or legal guardian, not the minor themselves.
